ESTIMATING POLICY

JM Metals can not be held responsible for quantity, lengths,and gauges or trim package provided with any job quotes.

All quotes and take off estimates must be verified with field measurements by the customer.

We strive to be as accurate as possible with our take offs, but remember we are not measuring roof at the jobsite, we're going by what you draw or by the set of plans you bring us, therefore, you ( Roofer, contractor or home owner ) must verify panel lengths, quantity and trim before processing orders.

Estimates will be prepared by a staff member who has completed Estimating Training and has participated in estimating at least one other project.

Turnaround time on quotes is 24 - 48 hours; with many being completed in the same day.
